About the Association

Imperial Ridge, located 20 miles north of downtown Houston, is a fully developed community comprised of multi-ethnic, hard working families. Our Subdivision is walking distance to Spring ISD schools Dekaney High School and Carolee Booker Elementary.

The Imperial Ridge Homeowners Association is a neighborhood chartered in 2003, created to promote a safe and healthy environment and to protect the property values of the 346 residencies. The Imperial Ridge H.O.A. (IRHOA) Board is composed of five directors serving two year terms. They are selected by a Nominating Committee or during a residents’ meeting. Board members are elected at the IRHOA annual meeting.
